2. Mandatory Recording for Dispute Resolution

- This video must be unedited and clearly show the full process, including entering the credentials and accessing the premium features.
- Without this proof, we will not provide refunds or replacements under any circumstances.
3. Restrictions on Account Modifications
- Do not change the account’s region or password for the first 10 days after receiving your subscription.
- Any unauthorized modifications may result in the loss of premium access, and we will not be responsible for restoring it.
4. Warranty Limitations and Service Stability
- We do not offer a revocation warranty.
- If Spotify initiates a revocation wave , we are not responsible for any resulting loss of access.
5. Legitimacy of Subscriptions

- We do not engage in fraudulent activities or unauthorized account access.
- You acknowledge that our service complies with legal standards but operates within Spotify’s framework, which is beyond our control.

- Any violation of these terms, including modifying the account settings within the restricted period or failing to provide required proof for disputes, will result in loss of eligibility for support, refunds, or replacements.
