Canva Premium - Terms of Service
By purchasing and using our Canva Premium subscription services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your order.
1. Subscription Duration & Validity
- We provide access to Canva Premium for a period ranging from 120 to 300 days from the date of issuance.
- The duration of the subscription is fixed and cannot be extended unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
- The service is provided as-is, and any expiration or cancellation beyond the stated period is outside our control.
2. Account Credentials & Access Method
- The Canva Premium account details will be shared in the format: Email:Password.
- Login to the account must be performed using Gmail authentication.
- Customers must ensure they enter the correct credentials exactly as provided. Any login issues due to incorrect entry are the responsibility of the user.
3. Proof of Transaction & Dispute Resolution
- To qualify for any dispute resolution, customers must start recording their screen from the moment they initiate the order until they have successfully logged into the Canva account.
- This recording serves as mandatory proof in case of any login issues or disputes regarding account access.
- If a buyer fails to provide a complete, uninterrupted video recording, they will not be eligible for a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
- Any issues reported without valid proof will not be entertained, and the service will be considered successfully delivered.
4. Restrictions on Account Modifications
- Customers must not alter the region or password associated with the provided Canva Premium account for the first 10 days after receiving the credentials.
- Any unauthorized modifications may result in the account being flagged, restricted, or suspended by Canva.
- If Canva takes action due to any such modifications, we will not be responsible for any resulting loss of access.
5. No Warranty for Account Revocation
- We do not provide any warranty or replacement in case Canva revokes or disables the provided account.
- Account suspensions or terminations that occur due to Canva’s internal policies or enforcement actions are beyond our control.
- Buyers acknowledge this risk and accept that once an account is revoked by Canva, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. No Warranty for Wave-Based Revocations
- If Canva implements a mass account revocation (commonly referred to as a "wave ban"), we do not offer any compensation, replacement, or refund.
- Such actions are taken at Canva’s discretion and affect multiple accounts simultaneously, making them unavoidable.
- Buyers must understand that these risks exist with any third-party account services and proceed with their purchase accordingly.
7. Issue Reporting Time Frame
- Customers are given a strict time frame of 12 hours from the time of purchase to report any issues related to login access, incorrect credentials, or other technical concerns.
- Any issues reported after this 12-hour window will not be considered, and the transaction will be deemed completed.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and verify the account functionality within this given time frame.
8. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing a Canva Premium subscription from us, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
- These terms serve as a binding agreement between the buyer and the service provider, ensuring that both parties adhere to the stated conditions.
- Any violation of these terms, including failure to follow the specified guidelines, will result in the nullification of any claims for support, replacement, or refund.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any updated terms and conditions.
