Upon purchase, you will receive access to a Crunchyroll account with an active Mega Fan membership. These accounts are intended for streaming anime and related content on the Crunchyroll platform. The accounts are shared and provided for personal viewing purposes only. Resale or distribution is strictly prohibited. - Subscription Duration Disclaimer
The duration of the Mega Fan membership on the account may range from 1 month up to 2 years, depending on the original account owner’s subscription. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee or confirm the exact remaining subscription period. Access may continue as long as the original plan remains active. - Access Limitation – Streaming Use Only
These accounts are for viewing purposes only. You are not permitted to access or attempt to change any sensitive account information. Using the account in a way that triggers security alerts or verification prompts may result in access loss and will not be covered under warranty. - Non-Full Access Policy
The provided Crunchyroll accounts are non-full access, meaning users are granted login access only. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to change the email address, password, username, payment methods, or any other profile-related settings. Any such action may result in the account being revoked without notice and no replacement or support will be issued. - Warranty Terms – First Login Only

Once successful login is confirmed, we are no longer responsible for the account’s status or functionality. Future issues such as password changes, subscription loss, or login restrictions will not be covered. - Dispute Resolution & Evidence Requirement
In the event of a login issue, you must provide a full, uncut video recording of the process starting from the invoice generation to login and subscription status check. This video is the only acceptable form of proof for support. Screenshots or edited videos will not be accepted, and claims without proper proof will be denied. - Post-Login Disclaimer
After successful login, the account becomes your responsibility. We do not guarantee how long the subscription will remain active. Any issues such as login blocks, region restrictions, or subscription expiry will not be eligible for support or refund. - Support Availability & Timeframe
If you experience any issues logging in, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the account credentials. Support is only available within this window. We will not entertain any support requests made after 12 hours, regardless of the situation. - Customer Support Contact
