- Account Type Provided
Upon purchase, you will receive access to a Disney+ Basic Plan account. These accounts are provided for personal streaming use only, and resale or distribution is strictly prohibited. - Subscription Duration Disclaimer
The account may include access to Premium features. However, the duration of such features can range from 1 week to 2 years, and is entirely dependent on the original owner’s subscription. We do not and cannot guarantee how long the premium features will remain active. - Limited Access Accounts
These are non-full access accounts. You are strictly prohibited from making any changes to the account, including modifications to the email address, password, payment settings, profiles, or any other account information. Any attempt to alter account details may result in permanent loss of access, and no support or refund will be provided in such cases. - First Login Warranty Only
Our support and warranty only cover the first successful login. You are expected to log in and verify the subscription status immediately upon receiving your account. Any issues experienced after the first login will not be covered under warranty or support. - Dispute Resolution & Evidence Requirement
In the event of a dispute, you must provide complete and uninterrupted screen recording starting from the moment you generate your invoice through to login and subscription verification. Without this evidence, we cannot validate or honor any claims. Partial recordings or screenshots will not be accepted. - Support Timeframe
If you encounter any login issues, you are required to contact us within 12 hours of receiving your account credentials. We are unable to offer any assistance or resolution for issues reported outside this 12-hour window, regardless of the circumstances. - How to Contact Us
