By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the delivery and use of Gmail accounts:
- Account Details Provided
Customers will receive newly created, unused Gmail accounts. Each account is intended for immediate use and has not been accessed prior to delivery, ensuring a clean and fresh start. - Delivery Format
All account credentials will be delivered in the format: email:password. Please ensure that you are familiar with this format and capable of accessing Gmail accounts using these credentials. - Mandatory Screen Recording for Dispute Resolution
Clients must begin screen recording before making payment and continue recording until successful login. - This recording is mandatory and serves as the only accepted proof in case of any disputes or claims.
- Without this screen recording, no replacements or refunds will be considered under any circumstances.
- Intended Usage
These accounts are ideal for secondary or low-priority use, such as testing, subscriptions, or backup purposes. They are not intended to replace your primary Gmail or Google Workspace account. - Warranty Policy
We offer a first-time login warranty only. This means that we guarantee the account will be accessible upon first login. After the first successful access, any further issues — including recovery problems, security flags, or lockouts — will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. - Reporting Issues
In case of any delivery errors or problems accessing the accounts, clients must notify us within 24 hours from the time the invoice is issued. Failure to report within this window will void any eligibility for replacement or support. - Assumption of Risk and Liability
Once the account has been delivered and first login is confirmed, the buyer assumes full responsibility for account security, usage, and any compliance with third-party platform policies (such as Google’s Terms of Service). - Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms listed above. No claims will be entertained for issues that fall outside the scope of these conditions.
