Terms of Service (TOS) – Nitro Booster

By engaging in any transaction with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the purchase, warranty, replacement, and refund policies related to our Nitro Booster services. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

1. Warranty Policy

We guarantee that all Nitro Boosters provided by us come with a No Revoke Warranty, meaning that under normal circumstances, they should remain active for the intended duration. However, certain conditions apply as detailed below.
The warranty does not extend to cases where Nitro is revoked due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to Discord's policy changes, mass revocation waves, or user violations of Discord’s Terms of Service.

2. Auto-Claim & Encryption Disclaimer

Our Nitro Booster service is end-to-end encrypted, ensuring security and authenticity.
Due to this encryption, auto-claiming of Nitro codes is not possible. Users must manually claim the Nitro Booster upon receiving it. We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper claiming procedures on the user’s end.

3. Revocation Policy

If the Nitro subscription provided is revoked by any means, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement under the following conditions:
If a Nitro is revoked, the transaction is considered final, and no further assistance will be provided regarding the revoked subscription.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

No Refund, No Replacement will be provided if the Nitro subscription gets revoked due to a revoke wave or any external changes in Discord’s Nitro policies.
A replacement will only be considered under the following strict conditions:
- The buyer must provide a continuous, unedited screen recording that begins before making the purchase and continues up to the point of claiming the Nitro subscription.
- If the provided Nitro link is reported as invalid, the recorded proof is required for any potential replacement.
- Any form of tampered, edited, or missing proof will result in the rejection of the replacement request.
Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances once the Nitro has been delivered and successfully claimed.

5. Terms Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Changes will take effect immediately upon updating this document, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to review any modifications periodically. Continued dealings with us signify your acceptance of any amendments made.
